PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING. IF YOU BOOK, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE LISTED POLICIES BELOW.
Please book accordingly and only choose dates/time that work with your schedule. Keep in mind all appointments can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. I never want to provide less than my best efforts so please do not schedule if you don't have the required time frame to spare & will be in a hurry.
CONFIRMATION TEXT- You will receive a confirmation text to the number you provide when booking, if you do not respond before the end of the day to confirm, your appointment will be cancelled. This text will contain the address, requirements/restrictions. etc. Please expect this text 1-2 days before your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS- Last min cancellations (the day before your appointment or the same day of) will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook, as well as a $20 cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file.
Retainer fees are NEVER refundable, so please be 100% sure of the date/time you’re booking.
RETAINER FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so off the app if it’s 48hrs prior or even further ahead , no fees or extra charges. If you reschedule your appointment 24hrs before or less, a new retainer fee will be required to reschedule.
CURRENT OR NEW CLIENTS
If you reschedule last minute back to back twice I will no longer service you. Please do not reschedule for a date you're unsure of.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
No call no shows will be banned from rebooking, and the retainer fee will be forfeited. This ban is a PERMANENT ban and it will not “lift” later on.
TARDINESS
Please inform me if you're running late out of courtesy. Over 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation. Every minute counts so please be punctual. A new retainer fee will be required to rebook if you arrive 15 mins after the appointment start time or later.
LAST MIN ADJUSTMENTS / FULL SET “FILL”
If you later decide you’d like to change your current set’s; shape, length, fullness, color, add bottoms, etc. you HAVE to let me know days prior so I can make sure I’ll have time, but 99% of the time a new set will be needed to make drastic changes.
